Viewing Lead History for a CRM Lead

CRM Lead History shows information on past leads. Lead History shows after a lead is closed and returns to your facility and a new lead ID is created. For example subject, status, and lead date. The Lead History is helpful to determine if a duplicate lead is created by mistake.

Note

You can reopen a lead by clicking the Lead ID from Lead History.

    • Single facility: CRM > Leads > Lead Detail > Lead History.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM < Leads > Lead Detail > Lead History.
