Completing Risk Management Configuration

Risk Management Configuration allows you to include post incident injuries as part of the Incident Report. You can edit the Privacy and Confidentiality Statement based on your organization's policy/procedures.

  1. Clinical > Setup > Risk Management Configuration.

  • Record Post Incident Injury as part of the Incident Record - Select option. If Yes, appears in the Incident Record under the injuries tab and the Incident Record Form (printable view).

  • Allow locking of Details, Injuries and Factors - Select option. if set to Yes and the user has security to Lock Incident Reports, then you can Save &; Lock the Details, Injuries and Factors sections from further edits. If you have security to unlock, you see Unlock available on those sections.

  • Lock entire Incident Record upon first Signature - Select option. if set to Yes locks the Incident Report after the first signature is completed.

  • You can modify all or part of the Privacy and Confidentiality Statement by clicking in the text field.
