You can set the lifespan of messages in Secure Conversations. Secure Conversation messages or conversations expire X days after being sent, based on your system configuration for Message Lifespan. After a message exceeds the lifespan, the conversation expires and is no longer retrievable or viewable.
Message Lifespan expiry applies across all applications where Secure Conversations is accessed and applies to all types of conversations. Resident-centric and General conversations are setup at the facility level. Cross-facility conversations are setup at the management console. Message lifespan can be set from 1 - 30 days.
