Managing Additional Tray Card Notes

You can add and edit additional Tray Card notes for specific meals for each resident.

  1. Residents tab > Resident Listing > Locate Resident.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click the resident name.

    • Click resident icon under Actions column.

    • Click Arrow button, select Resident Details.

  3. Expand Additional Tray Card Notes section. Click Add/Edit Notes.

  4. Enter Tray Card Note under each applicable meal. 

  • Tray Card Notes are visible on the Tray Card report and resident meal tickets when Menus is enabled.
