The Therapy Minutes Summary In the Last 7 Days pane on the Resident Dashboard shows the Type of Therapy, # of Visits, # of Minutes, and the Last Therapy Visit over a rolling 7 day period.
Review this pane for a quick overview of Therapy information over a rolling 7 day period. Click the report icon to generate a report for more details.
Locate Dashboard pane

Resident clinical chart > click the Dash tab.

Locate Therapy Minutes Summary pane.

Select Include Planned Minutes to see any documented planned minutes.

Click the report icon in the upper right of the pane to open the Therapy Minutes Report setup window:

Select Criteria to create a printable view of the dashboard information, including Include Planned Minutes if selected on the dashboard pane.

Select Show Summary Only to see a summary of minutes (as on the dashboard pane).

To open this report in a new tab, so you do not re-locate your original location after viewing the report: right+click report icon and click open link in new tab. The active tab is white or a lighter shade. Click the new tab to view the information, then close when no longer needed with the X in the right corner of the tab.

You can also view the Therapy Minutes Report from Clinical > Reports > Therapy Minutes Report

Therapy Minutes are entered manually via Clinical > Quick Entry > Therapy Minutes or are automatically populated via Therapy Software Interface. In the case of the interface, the update occurs one time each night, so the report / dashboard information is not real time.

You must have a security role with the appropriate rights to access this dashboard pane AND a Resident Dashboard Layout that includes this dashboard pane.
