User Defined Information Report

User Defined Information allows you to generate reports on any information your facility selected to set-up in these fields. (for example, citizenship, funeral home and so on). Information can be viewed by resident or described item.

    • Resident Number - leave blank to include all residents.

    • Resident - leave blank to include all residents.

    • Status - Select Discharged or Both.

    • Include Outpatients - Select from the list.

    • Unit - Select from the list. 

    • Floor - Select from the list.

    • Group By - Select from the list.

    • Sort By - select Resident or Value.

    • Item Description - Click to clear all selections and then select individuals.

    • Date Range - This date range is applied to only User Defined Information which has a date type of Date. Type or select the dates.
