Managing Ticket Templates

This screen contains configuration settings for Report Setup for Ticket Templates. You can customize what prints on your meal tickets in Ticket Template Setup. If using multiple printers, you can set up more than one template to print different style tickets that only include hot items, cold items, or tickets that print in a batch.

  1. Facility Setup > Report Setup > Ticket Templates.

  • Ticket Template Name - Type information.

  • Personal Information - Select options. Type out label as you want it to appear on the meal ticket.

  • Barcode - Select options.

  • Meal Time Information - Select options. Select meal time information and type out label as you want it to appear on the meal ticket. When the Meal Period is selected, the week, day, and meal name all appear on the meal ticket. 

  • Printing Settings - Select options.

  • Food Service Information - Select options. Select food service information and type out label as you want it to appear on the meal ticket.

  • Location Information - Select options. Select location information and type out label as you want it to appear on the meal ticket. 

  • Print Group - Select options. By selecting Combine S/E/C Groups, Starter, Expo, and Cold groups print together. Type out label as you want it to appear on the meal ticket. Select from list the order you want groups to print. 

  • To edit, select Ticket Template, then click on Change and update fields as required. 

  • If a Ticket Template is assigned to a printer in Kitchen Setup, it cannot be deleted. See Managing Kitchens for more information. 

  • Batch printed orders only print a Tray Ticket, not a Hot or Cold ticket.
