Potential Revenue by Facility (system) Dashboard

To view a summary of your open leads, possible placements, and potential revenue use the CRM Dashboard Potential Revenue by Facility (system) graph. Potential Revenue by Facility shows number of Open Leads with Expected Admission Date, grouped by their Possible Placements. Facilities show along the bottom and potential revenue shows along the left side.

  1. View the Open Leads (system) graph.

  • A Lead counts more than one time if there is more than one facility assigned through Possible Placements. This means that revenue can be counted multiple times for a resident. This graph is not recommended to project possible revenue for the entire organization.

  • It is helpful to establish consistent guidelines across your organization when entering revenue amounts in lead details.  Such as monthly, annual or by expected length of occupancy. Otherwise, results in the graph and report may be skewed. For example, if one lead has revenue for expected occupancy and other leads have expected revenue for one month, the data is inconsistent for comparing leads and communities.

  • You can analyze all the open leads sources or focus on one source by hovering over one source name at a time. Hovering highlights the bar for that item.
