Printing Recurring Charges

You can print and examine residents recurring charges to validate accuracy.

  1. Click Print. The Recurring Transaction Summary shows all transactions for the resident that are not deleted. Details/indicators appear for all fields in Recurring Transactions Entry.

  2. View each field to ensure that the recurring transactions are entered correctly.

  3. If any errors are found, edit, enter corrections, save, print the Summary again and validate your changes.

  • Select Include Deleted to include deleted recurring transactions on the summary. Deleted transactions appear in red to alert you that the transaction is deleted.

  • Deleted recurring transactions cannot be edited.
