Adding POC Tasks Previously Resolved/Cancelled

After a task is resolved or cancelled in a resident's task list, it is no longer available in the New Task list. The task appears in the list as resolved or cancelled with no check box next to it. To reactivate the task, follow the directions below.

  1. Facility > Clinical > Resident > Task tab. The Resolved/Cancelled tasks appear in the resident task list in purple font.

  2. Click edit next to the applicable task description. The Edit Task window appears.

  3. Next to Status, click Active. The task can now be edited if needed.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the window. The task appears in the resident task list and is available in POC for documentation.
