Reviewing Admin and Clinical Setup for Immunizations

Some sections of Admin and Clinical Setup must be reviewed as part of Immunizations to confirm the accuracy of the settings and maximize the functionality of the module.

Admin Setup
  • Department/Position - Confirm all Clinical positions are assigned to appropriate departments.

Clinical Setup
  • General Configuration - Confirm the accuracy of the following settings: 

    • Include Immunizations on Shift and 24h Reports? - Confirm this field is accurate as this impacts immunizations appearing on the Shift and 24 Hour Reports.

  • Managing MPI Clinical Documentation (Historical Records) - Review/amend the settings for this module.

  • Standard Dashboard Layouts - Confirm the applicable dashboard items are selected for the appropriate positions.
