Reviewing Collections Account History

In a collections outstanding account and on the Collections tab of the resident chart, you see account history. The account history shows additional outstanding collections accounts for the resident. This is helpful for you to move directly from one resident's outstanding account to another. 

You see specific account detail such as activities, amount due, collections group, discharge date, and status of the account. You can expand each payer to view account related activities and use edit to open the outstanding collections detail. You can arrange and re-arrange your list by using the column heading. For example if you want to see the highest balance on top of the list, you click amount due.

    • Single facilityAdmin > Collections > Collections Account tab > edit or Resident Chart > Collections tab.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Operations > A/R Collections > Collections Account tab > edit or Resident Chart > Collections tab.
