Documenting Weights and Vitals allows you to record weight and vital values into the resident record. You can add new values, generate graphs, and add multiple entries on the resident chart. You can see the most recent entries on one screen and you can compare against baselines.
If a resident's weight and vitals change outside a specific range, entries can trigger warnings on thresholds set. Triggered warnings help staff monitor change in condition and maintain levels of care.

You must enter route or method to save vital entries.

To view the last recorded value for a previous month, change the month and year.

Weight and vitals entries can be taken using participating vendor products integrated with PointClickCare and pushed to the resident's record.

You can add weights and vitals through other areas of PointClickCare. All entries appear on the Wts/Vitals tab.
