Editing Lead Information from CRM Accounts Listing

When you are in Accounts and that account is associated to a lead, you can edit the information.

  1. Click the Account Name or search.

  2. Click Leads.

  3. Click Name.

  4. Click Edit on the Lead Details.

  5. Complete/update the Lead Information.

  • Associated Leads appears only if there are any associated to the Account.

  • Multiple Leads can appear for one account.

  • Updating the lead information from accounts updates the lead information within leads.

  • Lead ID appears.
