Security for LTC eConnect

The following are security permissions related to LTC eConnect.

To access the LTC eConnect button, your staff must be assigned the LTC eConnect security role. There is no specific security permission that can be incorporated into an existing role, therefore staff must be assigned this additional role.

Warning

Your staff must have their ONE ID credentials provisioned before you assign the LTC eConnect security role.

To access the LTC eConnect Audit Report, a designate in your facility must be assigned the Audit Message Access security permissions. You can add the following permissions to an existing security role or create a custom role.

Assign the LTC eConnect Security Role

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single Facility: Admin > Setup > Security Roles.

    • Multi-Facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Roles.

  2. Click users for the OLTCA LTC eConnect security role.

  3. Select users.

Assign the Audit Message Access Security Permissions

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single Facility: Admin > Setup > Security Roles.

    • Multi-Facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Roles.

Audit Message Access (parent)

Access to the Audit Logs tab of the Exchange Center.

Access Level

N - No access to the Inbox in the Audit Logs tab of the Exhange Center.

R - Access to the Inbox in the Audit Logs tab of the Exchange Center.

A - Same as above.

E - Same as above.

D - Same as above.

Deleted Folder

Y - Access to the Deleted folder in the Audit Logs tab of the Exchange Center.
