Security for Service Time Tracking

The following are security permissions related to Service Time Tracking (POC). There are Clinical Setup and Task Setup system roles available, or you can create a custom role with the following permissions.

Do one of the following:
- Single facility: Admin > Setup > Security Roles.
- Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Roles.
Edit an existing or create New security role(s). Click Save.
Ensure appropriate users are assigned to the role(s).

Security Permission	Access Levels
Major Module = Clinical
Setup - Tasks	C - Read only access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup (restricts access to Task Library Report), and Standard Documentation Frequencies. Y - Allows editing of Task Configuration, Task Library (allows access to generate Task Library Report in Task Library) and Standard Documentation Frequencies. N - No access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup and Standard Documentation Frequencies.
Setup - Care Plan Library	N - No access to Care Plan section of Setup. R - Access to view Care Plan section of Setup. A - Access to add to Care Plan section of Setup. E - Access to edit Care Plan section of Setup. D - Access to delete Care Plan Section of Setup.
Service Tracking Reports (parent)	Access to Service Tracking Reports.
Planned Service Time by Discipline and Shift	Y - Access to this report.
Actual vs. Planned Utilization by Discipline and Shift	Y - Access to this report.
Actual vs. Planned Utilization by Discipline for a Res.	Y - Access to this report.
Actual vs. Planned Utilization by Task for a Res.	Y - Access to this report.
Planned Service Time by Task and Shift	Y - Access to this report.
Modify Planned Time	Y - Access to modify planned time at resident task and intervention level.
