Security for Risk Management

The following are security permissions related to Risk Management of the Clinical application. There are 2 Clinical Setup Role (system) roles available, or you can create a custom role with the following permissions.

Do one of the following:
- Single facility: Admin > Setup > Security Roles.
- Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Roles.
Edit an existing or create New security role(s). Click Save.
Ensure appropriate users are assigned to the role(s).

Security Permission	Access Level
Major Module = Clinical
Setup - Risk Management	N - No access to Risk Management Configuration, Pick Lists or Signing Authorities. R - Allows read only access to Risk Management Configuration, Pick Lists and Signing Authorities. A - Allows access to edit Risk Management Configuration, add new Pick List names and Signing Authorities. E - Allows access to edit Risk Management Configuration, add and edit Pick List items and Signing Authorities. D - Allows access to edit Risk Management Configuration, add, edit and retire Pick List Items and Signing Authorities.
Risk Management (parent)	Access to the Risk Management module.
Active Incident Portal	Y = Access to the Active Incident Portal.
Historical Incident Portal	Y = Access to the Historical Incident Portal.
Incident Analysis Report	Y = Access to the Incident Analysis Report.
Incident Form	Y = Access to print Incident Record.
Incident Record	N - No access to Incident Record. R - Read only access to the Incident Record. A - Access to add information in the Incident Record. E - Access to edit information in the Incident Record. D - Access to delete information in the Incident Record.
Lock Incident Record	Y = Access to lock an Incident Record.
Unlock Incident Record	Y = Access to unlock an Incident Record.
Delete Incident Witness	Y = Access to delete Incident witness statement.
Delete Incident Notes	Y = Access to delete Incident notes.
UDA Header Link	Y = Access to the link in the UDA header related to (triggered and created from) an Incident Record. This allows the user to jump from the header to the Incident Record.
PN Header Link	Y = Access to the link in the PN header related to (triggered and created from) an Incident Record. This allows the user to jump from the header to the Incident Record.
Major Module = Admin
Security (parent)	Access to security module
Users	N - No access to user setup. R - Access to view list of Users. A - Same as above. E - Access to edit User role. D - Access to edit, delete & disable User role.
Setup - Organization Setup (parent)	Access to all functions under Organization Setup.
Department/Position	Controls access to Admin > Setup > Departments/Positions. N - Cannot view Departments/Positions. R - Access to view Departments/Positions. A - Same as above. E - Access to assign/unassign and Save Departments/Positions. D - Same as above.
