Overview of Document Manager on the Resident Chart

You can access Document Manager in the Resident's Admin or Clinical Chart. Document Manager generates the required documents for a Resident by using packets or by generating single documents. Documents on the resident chart are specific to the category, Admin or Clinical selected in the template setup.

You can view the generated documents by status. The generated documents are separated by the signature type selected in the template setup. You can sort the document list by document, status, and created date.

You have actions available based on signature type and by all packets verses selecting one packet. When viewing the all packets document list, you have actions like view signers, edit layout, and complete and upload. If you select one packet, the additional actions available are view, delete, and complete.
