Skilled Nursing Facilities

The Resident Listing page lists all residents where you can view resident photo, name, status, program, location, and dining area. You can set resident as Non-Select or Select, put meals and snacks on hold, modify diet orders, meal service details, and add and edit dislikes.

You can access the Resident Details page to review and edit personal information for a resident, print Tray Cards, modify diet orders, meal service details, standing orders, dislikes, and add additional Tray Card notes. 

For organizations that are integrated with PointClickCare, all residents in Nutrition Management come from the admission, transfer or discharge data in PointClickCare Electronic Health Record (EHR). If an error is found in the Resident Listing page, review the data in the PointClickCare EHR.
