Creating and Managing a Clinical Chart Template

From Clinical Chart Configuration, you can create templates and select from different reports and settings to run for a resident, based on the request type. For example, audit, transfer, and so on.

After creating, the Clinical Chart template is automatically active and can be generated from the resident chart or reports listing. For multi-facility organizations, Clinical Chart templates are available in all facilities.

You can click the action icon to Edit, Inactivate, or select the facilities that generate or view the templates. You can also generate a Clinical Chart for a resident in an inactive facility. You must select and enable the inactive facility first. For more information on enabling an inactive facility, see Enabling and Disabling Clinical Chart.
