Overview of Order Manager 

Order Manager is where you can view and place meal orders for residents after you create your menu sets in Menu Builder. You can see residents on the Order Resident Meals list when they are active and have at least a texture diet order entered on their Resident Details page. You need to have units and dining areas assigned to a kitchen and there must be at least one Menu Set scheduled with regular and therapeutic menus. You can use the Unfed Resident screen to take meal orders at table side in the dining room or at the resident's bedside using a computer tablet. In addition, you can:

  • Place meal orders for unfed residents.

  • Search residents to view order history and meal status.

  • Edit meal orders already placed.

  • Print batch tickets for meal orders placed.

  • Search for meal orders.

  • View, void and modify held orders.

  • View print problems.
