Head Office Edit and Delete Inter-Facility Accounts

If you need to edit the details of the inter-Facility Accounts or delete an inter-facility account, you can do this from the Inter-Facility Account Page.

Note

Deleting an inter-facility account should only be done before any transactions process and post in the head office.

  1. From within the head Office Entity > click the GL/AP tab > Setup.

  2. Click Inter-Facilities Accounts. The inter-Facility Accounts page appears.

  3. Click the edit link located to the left of the facility name you need to edit.

  4. Make the necessary charges and click Save.

  5. Click delete link located to the left of the facility name to delete.

  • If you are not using the Facility Alias Functionality, a message appears that the GLAP Facility Alias functionality option as not active.
