The Risk Management Portal is a location to manage, update, follow up and review Incident Records. Within the portal, you find 3 views of incident records:

Summary views.

Active Incidents.

Historical (closed) incidents.

In the top left corner of the page you see 3 tabs: Summary, Active, and Historical:
Summary View
-
The Summary view has 4 panes, including access to a snapshot of the number of Active incidents, options to show Historical Incidents for the last (X) months, Reports, Incident Graph, and Trending Chart.

The Summary view’s summary pane shows the total number of active incidents and options to go to active and historical views.

Click Go to to access the Active Incident Portal.

To view Historical incident records select a period of time (1-3 Months) from the list then click Go to to access the Historical Incident Portal.

Struck Out contains Incident Reports that are struck out.
Reports
This pane contains the incident Analysis report which provides easy evaluation of trending and how effective incident control is in the facility.

Click the Incident Analysis. The Report Setup page appears.
Incident Type Graph
This pane is a summary of the number of incidents based on types that occurred in the facility over a period of 1 week (last 7 days), 1 month (last 30 days), or quarter (last 120 days).

From the list, select the period of time to be viewed. The graph reflects the data based on the time period selected.
Incident Trending Chart
This pane is a summary of the number of incidents based on the type that occurred in the facility over a period of 6 months indicating trends that may be occurring.
Active View
The Active View contains two windows: Active Incidents and Incidents Requiring Signature.
Incidents can be filtered by unit or floor. Depending on security permissions, you can add a new incident or edit/delete/print from this view.
The Incidents Requiring Signature windows allows you access/view/sign active records which require signatures.
Historical View
The Historical View shows incidents that are no longer active in the system. Incidents can be viewed, re-opened, or printed from this page.

Risk Management Security permission is required to access this module. There are separate security permissions for both the Active and Historical sections.
