  • After the migration, if an IRM inquiry doesn’t have a subject selected, the lead subject in CRM is none selected. 

  • If you are using Eligibility Verification in IRM, there is no change after the migration. 

  • After contacts are migrated from IRM to CRM, you can define a primary contact in CRM for your lead. 

  • Deleted IRM pick list items show in red on the pick list mapping tool. They are included in the mapping because of the historical inquiry information.
