Managing eINTERACT Change in Condition Alerts in POC

You can restrict user access to the eINTERACT Change in Condition alerts in POC. This allows you to determine specific users who can generate Change in Condition alerts, such as nurses only.

Note

If access to the Change in Condition alerts in POC is restricted, nursing staff can continue to generate Change in Condition alerts from the Clinical and Resident Dashboards, and a resident's care plan

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single facility: Clinical > Setup > Care Content Directory.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Care Management > Care Content Directory.

  2. Click Facility Activation(s) for eINTERACT.

  3. Locate the facility. In the View CIC Alerts in POC column, click to enable or disable.
