Overview of CRM Dashboard

Use the CRM Dashboard to view, print, and analyze key lead information. You can use the System filter view or create your own filter view by using Manage Dashboard. 

To help you make effective marketing business decisions, use these graphs to determine potential revenue, monitor productivity, view number of lost leads and number of won leads by source, assess quality of referrals, and evaluate referral source relationships. In addition, when the lead sales cycle status is selected, the detail is recorded on the Leads by Sales Cycle (system) dashboard. Each graph has a link to the filters of the data that comprises the graph. 

  • Graphs use the default Lead Date Range of within the last 30 days.

  • You can focus on a single line in the graph by hovering on one description and the other bars fade. 

  • Use the filter view to:

    • View data for periods other than within the last 30 days, such as a quarter or 6 months.

    • View more or less data using filters.

    • Sort data by clicking on the column headers.

    • Use Export to view report in CSV or XLSX fomat.
