Custom Resident Labels Report

Custom Resident Labels can be generated for each resident admitted. These labels can be use used for labeling lab reports, resident personal effects, and so on.

  2. Resident Number - leave blank to include all residents.

  3. Resident - leave blank to include all residents.

  4. Status - select Current, Discharged, or Both.

  5. Unit - select a specific unit.

  6. Floor - select a specific floor.

  7. Line 1 - Resident Name (Resident Number) prints on Line 1 on the label, and cannot be changed.

  8. Line 2 - Unit - shows unit name on the label.

  9. Line 3 - Location - shows location on the label such as Unit Name, Floor, Room Number, and Bed.

  11. Line 5 - Additional item can be selected from the list to include on the label.

  12. Font Size - Select the list for option of small.

  • The label report is formatted to fit the Avery 05260 Addressing labels for laser printer (3 columns x 10 rows).

  • The label report requires special page settings. These setting are ONLY for the mailing label report.

    • Header: Nothing (blank).

    • Footer: Nothing (blank).

    • Margin Spacing: 0.45" (11.4 mm).
