Editing Invoice Entries

The Invoice Batch screen is updated every time you save an invoice or credit memo. From this screen, you can quickly review your entries to make corrections or add new entries to the batch.

  1. Select the edit link next to the open invoice batch that needs to be edited.

  2. Select the edit link next to the invoice or credit memo that needs to be corrected.

  3. Correct all the necessary fields.

  • In the Invoice Batch screen, a batch summary appears at the top of the screen where the Entered Total (the sum of all invoices and credit memos), Allocated Total and the number of Entries in the batch appears for review purposes.

  • The invoice list is in summary form, but it can also be viewed in detail to see the distribution details. Click the plus sign (+) by the entry number to see the distribution details for that entry. To view the distribution details for all entries, click the plus sign (+) by the Entry # button.

  • If any of the values on the screen are not fully visible, hover your mouse over the value and you can see the tool tip show the full value.

  • At head office level, the expanded view also shows the facility alias(name).
