When generated for Diagnoses, provides a listing of those residents who do not have at least one medical diagnosis entered in the Med Diag module of the clinical chart.

This report can be helpful during initial implementation when importing or manually entering diagnoses to determine that no residents were missed in the process.

As an ongoing audit, this report can be run periodically to audit that medical diagnoses are being added to the clinical record according to policy.

This category lists any residents with active diagnoses that have not been converted from ICD-9 to ICD-10, the location of the resident, and the resident's current status. The report can be filtered by Unit and Floor and sorted by Resident Name or Location.

Remember to select proper filter options for Current, Discharged or both residents to gather information only on desired group of residents.
