Security for POC

The following are security permissions related to POC. Several system roles are available (Clinical Setup, Task Setup, Task User, POC Setup, POC User), or you can create a custom role with the following permissions.

Security Permission

Access Levels

Major Module = Clinical

Clinical Tabs (parent)

Access to the Clinical tabs of the resident chart.

Care Plans

Access to the Care Plan tab on the resident chart.

N - Care Plan tab does not appear in chart.

R/A/E/D - Care Plan tab appears, must have access to Care Plan sub task below to see/make changes to the care plan.

R - Can see the edit link and read items on the screen.

A - New button shows so new care plan can be created.

E - Can edit the existing care plan based on access to items.

D - Same as above.

Task

Y - Access to the Tasks tab on resident chart views.

Setup - Tasks (parent)

C - Read only access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup (restricts access to Task Library Report), and Standard Documentation Frequencies.

Y - Allows editing of Task Configuration, Task Library (allows access to generate Task Library Report in Task Library) and Standard Documentation Frequencies.

N - No access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup and Standard Documentation Frequencies.

Task Library Report

Y - Access to this Report.

Task Operations (parent)

Access to Task Operations.

Tasks

N - No access to create tasks.

R - Read only access to the tasks.

A - Access to create tasks.

E - Access to edit tasks.

D - Access to delete tasks.

Custom Tasks

N - No access to create custom tasks.

R - Read only access to the custom tasks.

A - Access to create custom tasks.

Y - Access to MDS Configuration.
