Inbound ADT Errors Dashboard Pane 

Use the Inbound ADT Errors dashboard pane to investigate errors occurring from Inbound A05 messages. You can 

  • Research discrepancies between records in PointClickCare and the inbound A05 record.

  • Correct errors before updating your records in PointClickCare with the information in the Inbound A05 record.

For example, the resident name in an inbound A05 record matches the name of a resident already admitted in your facility. You research and determine it is a different resident. You can update the inbound record and create a new resident record. 

The Inbound ADT Errors Dashboard identifies possible:

  • Duplicate Residents.XInbound A05 - Error - Duplicate Residents Found

  • Partial Resident Matches.

  • Field Lookup Errors.

  • Field Validation Errors.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Admin > Dashboard > Inbound ADT Errors Dashboard.

    • Home > Admin Dashboard > Inbound ADT Errors Dashboard.
