Completing Setup for Predefined Activities

You can create a list of activities in a specific order to select for a lead. This eliminates you from having to select activities individually in the activities section of lead details. Predefined Activities are setup by Lead subject. For example, AL Placement, IL Placement, SNF Placement, and Not Yet Specified. You select not yet specified subject for a Lead when you do not know the desired placement subject.

Predefined activity setup is optional. Setup predefined activities if your organization wants a predefined activity list when adding Lead Activities. 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > CRM > Setup > Predefined Activities.

    • Multi facility: Management Console > CRM > Setup > Predefined Activities.

  2. Select Lead Subject

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select Type.

  5. Enter Subject.

  6. Select Sub-Type.

  7. Enter Due Date.

  8. Select Who (if applicable).

  • You use re-order to move the activities in the list. 

  • Sub-Types options are based on the type selected.

  • Who is an option when call and appointment types are selected.

  • Who options are lead, primary resident contact, and primary professional contact.

  • Due Date for 1st activity is days after lead date. 

  • Due Date after 1st activity is days after last activity.
