Adding Additional Accounts to a Resident EFT Setup 

You can add additional accounts to transfer funds to the Resident's EFT Configuration for Electronic Funds Transfer.

  1. Click Edit at the Resident EFT Setup.

  2. Click the Add Additional Account link.

  3. Complete Account Holder, Routing#, Account#, Account Type, and enter either distribution percentage or up to amount.

  • Up to 3 bank accounts can be added for a resident.

  • Each account must have the distribution percentage or up to amount set up.

  • If more than 1 account is set up for a resident, the payment application for the 2nd transaction continues where the payment application for the 1st transaction left off. The 3rd transaction continues where the payment application for the 2nd transaction left off.
