TASKS (PAPER) - Add Tasks Previously Resolved/Cancelled

After a task is resolved or cancelled in a resident's task list, it is no longer available in the 'New Task' list. The resolved/cancelled task appears in the list as resolved or cancelled with no check box next to it. To reactivate the task, follow the directions below.

  1. Facility > Clinical > Resident > Task tab. The Resolved/Cancelled tasks appears in the resident task list.

  2. Click edit to the left of the applicable task description. The Edit Task window appears.

  3. Next to Status, click Active. The task can now be edited if needed.

  4. Save. The task now appears in the resident task list and is available in the care record for documentation.

  5. Print the new care record.
