Lost Leads Report

Use the Lost Leads Report to view lost leads. The lost leads report shows you closed leads with a status of lost and denied. You also see the status reason if selected when the lead is closed. This report helps you to identify lost leads and to identify future opportunity. 

  1. Select Lost Leads.

  • A Lead counts more than one time if there is more than one Facility assigned through Possible Placements with Status Lost (or Denied, if selected). This means that revenue can be counted multiple times for a resident. This graph is not recommended to estimate lost revenue for the entire organization.

  • It is helpful to establish consistency across your organization when entering revenue amounts, such as monthly, annual or by expected length of occupancy. Otherwise, results in the graph and report may be skewed. For example, if one lead has revenue for expected occupancy and other leads have expected revenue for one month, the data is inconsistent for comparing leads and communities.

  • CSV opens in the default program you define on your computer.
