Creating General Note Types

You can create General Note Types to categorize notes in the Resident's General Notes tab. It gives you sorting options to easily find similar notes for a Resident.

Warning

After a note type is attached to a general note, the note type cannot be deleted.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > Setup > Organization Setup > General Notes Type.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > General Setup > General Note Types.

  2. Add your Description. You can type up to 1,000 characters.

  3. Enter the number of the display order of the note type.

  4. Select scope.
