General Notes Dashboard Pane

The General Notes pane on the Resident Dashboard allows you view and enter comments and notations that do not belong as part of the resident’s clinical chart. General notes are intended to be used for non-clinical information such as chart review for missing or incomplete information or Payer documentation review.

Note

General Notes are NOT Progress Notes. Progress Notes contain information related to the resident’s clinical care, health status, treatments, consultations and so on.
