The Messages board found in the Clinical > Communications area is to post messages to be shared between care staff. Resident specific information can be posted here as the Messages board is only available to staff with security access.
The Communications area also contains Shift Reports and Summary Reports for your facility and can be used as part of your process for communicating between each shift.

Don't Display After - The message appears until end of the selected day.

Style Editor - Use the formatting options to add text color, change text size, bold, italicize, copy, cut, paste and add link to a URL.

Show expired - Select to show previous messages.

Shift Reports - Select to show report for the facility.

Summary Reports - Select to show report for the facility.

Messages appear newest to oldest, based on the date posted.

Messages can be up to 4,000 characters, including spaces.
