These reports and dashboards are related to Monitoring Order Signatures and Order Reviews.

  • Order Review Report - Use to provide a list of active, on hold and discontinued orders for the medical professionals to sign order reviews for residents.

  • Order Review History Report - Use to generate a detailed list of when Order Reviews were completed and signed.

  • Telephone/Verbal Order Form Report - Use to regenerate the telephone/verbal order form if the original cannot be obtained for the medical professional to sign. 

  • Telephone/Verbal Order Signature Details Report - Use to audit the signature details on telephone/ verbal orders received and view signed and unsigned orders easily.

  • Order Audit Report - Use to see a history of the original order details, and all subsequent updates to the order. Includes details of order signature, confirmation, and clinical order review. It also includes dates and times and users that made the changes.
