Trust Profile Reports

These reports are related to Trust Profile.

  • Current Account Balances Report - Use to report on resident Trust balances for a specific date. For example, use to to highlight if any Resident Trust balances are overdrawn. 

  • Min/Max Balances Report - Use to highlight any residents with Trust balances who exceeded the Maximum or Minimum Trust Balance as configured for the Resident Trust Account. 

  • Bill Groups Report - Use to determine which residents are assigned to Pay Bills from Trust AR Group.

  • Recurring Transactions Report  - Use to report on residents with recurring charges as assigned on the Trust Profile. 

  • Audit Report - Use to filter by Transaction Type. For example, resident Account Transfers. 

  • Transaction History Report - Use to see all Trust transactions entered. You can filter by date, Resident Account, Control Account, and Item type. You can also see Income Sources on this report. 

  • Trust Statements - Use to print statements on a regular basis. Trust Statements show all the activity posted to the residents Trust Account. 

  • Billing Statements - Use to show balance on statement if selected under Client Trust Setup. After generated, the resident Statement includes a line item showing the resident Trust Balance. Also use to see Trust message if  entered under Client Trust Setup.
