The Clinical Chart creates a copy of the resident health record in a single PDF report, which can be printed or saved as an electronic copy. The Clinical Chart compiles resident clinical documentation that is recorded in the electronic health record (EHR) in an easy to use manner. This saves time in generating a copy of the EHR for various chart request purposes, such as auditing, survey, chart review or transferring residents.
Different Clinical Chart templates can be configured from facility setup and Management Console level for multi-facility organizations.
Clinical Charts are viewable where they are generated, as well as under the resident’s chart in the Documents tab and do not use storage space or from the Clinical Chart Dashboard. Clinical Charts are purged automatically by PointClickCare from these areas after 7 days.
