LTC eConnect Audit Report

The LTC eConnect Audit Report provides audit details such as User Names, Outcomes, and the number of unique users that accessed the LTC eConnect button. You can access the LTC eConnect Audit report through the Exchange Center in PointClickCare.

Note

The LTC eConnect Audit Report is available on the 1st day of each month and contains data from the previous month.

After reviewing the LTC eConnect Audit Report, you can select the report and click Actions to move it to the Deleted folder, or leave it in the Inbox. The report automatically moves from the Inbox to the Deleted folder after 30 days of inactivity, and is purged from the Deleted folder after another 30 days of inactivity.

  1. Clinical or Admin > Exchange Centre > Audit Logs > Inbox.

  2. Click the report name.

  3. Download and open the LTC eConnect Audit Report.

  • If an LTC eConnect Audit Report is larger than 5MB, it is split into separate reports with a sequence number. For example:

    • Usage Report - April 1 to 30 2018 - 1

    • Usage Report - April 1 to 30 2018 - 2

    • Usage Report - April 1 to 30 2018 - 3
