Trust Reconciliation Reports

These reports are used to reconcile Trust.

  • Current Account Balance - Used to view the balance in each trust account or a specific resident's trust account.

  • Min/Max Balance - Used to view the minimum and maximum balances for a resident.

  • Recurring Transactions - Used to view recurring trust charges by resident or all residents. You can show specific items, such as cable charges.

  • Audit Report - Used to view all deposits and withdrawals for the trust accounts. Use the Audit Report to reconcile the bank account and at month-end report.

  • Bank Activity Report - Used to view summarized bank activity for a specified month. This includes the opening and closing balances, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and interest.

  • Transaction History - Used to view all transactions posted or generated to a resident's trust account.
