TASKS (PAPER) - Icons and Abbreviations

In the resident task tab, to the left of the Task Description, icons appear related to Tasks.

  1. 'H' Icon - History. Click to view the history of the task. A pop-up appears indicating when the task was created, resolved, or revised. Includes name of person revising and date of revision. Also included at the bottom of the pop-up is a listing of any progress notes attached to the task and a Quick Link for a report to show the past 6 months of progress notes attached to the task.

  2. 'Orange Triangle' Icon - This icon indicates that the task requires personalization for the resident.

  • A Task that requires personalization cannot be Resolved/Cancelled until the personalization is completed.
