Y- Access to view Primary Diagnosis.

Access to Clinical tabs of the resident chart.

Medical Diagnosis

Controls access to the Medical Diagnosis information on the Med Diag tab of the resident's chart.

N - No access to Med Diag tab.

R - Access to view entries, do not see New/Add Diagnosis buttons in Orders, MDS Notification Wizard and so on.

A - New/Add Diagnosis button appears in all areas where Diagnosis can be added,

E - Update link appears next to each diagnosis and Rank Diagnosis buttons appear on chart and wizards and so on,

D - On update, Strike Out button appears.

Clinical Dashboard (parent)

Access to the Clinical Dashboard.

Diagnosis Notifications

Y- Access to Diagnosis Notification pane.

Resident Dashboard Portal (parent)

Access to the Resident Dashboard.

Active Diagnosis

Y- Access to Active Diagnosis pane.

Clear Incomplete Admission Alerts (parent)

Access to clear the alert types in the Incomplete Admission Alerts pane.

Diagnosis Notification

Controls access to the Diagnosis notifications on the Med Diag tab when they are created from MDS.

N - No access to view notifications view on Med Diag tab.

R - Access to read the notification on the screen.

A - Access to see the Create Notification button in MDS Section I Medical Diagnosis Wizard.

E - Same as D - can clear the notification.

R - Access to edit link to view settings.

A - Access to amend settings and save, and create new.
