Legacy Reports 

Use CRM Lead Management reports to analyze details about:

  • Leads by Source Report - Shows you the number of closed leads by source.

  • Leads by Referral Account Report - Shows you closed leads and their primary referral account marked in lead details.

  • Activity Report - Shows you leads activities grouped by sub-type.

  • Lost Leads Report - Shows you closed leads with a status of lost and denied.

  • Open Leads Report - Shows you active leads that inquired about your facility or already have a possible placement.

  • Conversion Rate Report - Shows you closed leads with a status of won, lost, or denied.

  • Leads by Sales Cycle Report - Shows you a list of leads with the sales cycle status.

  • Top Sales Rep Report - Shows you a list of leads and the created by rep of the lead.

Note

The export report options are CSV or XLSX format.

CSV opens in the default program you define on your computer for CSV files.

    • Single facility: CRM > Reports > Legacy Reports > Select report. 

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Reports > Legacy Reports > Select report. 

  1. When you select a report, you are directed to the report list with the correct filters selected.
