Editing CRM Activities

You can edit a scheduled activity to update necessary information from the Activities Listing. Both Lead and Account activities can be edited.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: CRM > Activities.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Activities.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Update the Activity details.

  4. Save. When a Follow Up Activity is selected, the new Activity window opens after you Save and you can enter the details of the new activity.

  • Use the Display Filters to change the activities listed.

  • Regarding auto populates with lead name.
