Order Review History Report

Use the Orders Review History Report to generate a list of details related to when Order Reviews were completed and by whom.

  1. Clinical > Reports > Orders > Order Listing Report.

  2. To generate the report for a specific resident, type or select the Resident Name or Number in the fields. Or leave blank for All Residents.

  3. If generating for multiple residents, select a unit from the Unit list and or floor from the Floor list. You can also leave one or both set to All.

  4. Select a resident status from the Status list to filter the report by active residents only, discharged residents only, or both active and discharged residents.

  5. In the Sort By list, select to sort the report by: Primary Physician, Resident Name, Resident Number and Location.

  6. Select Report Output Format: HTML or PDF.

  • This report is only available to facilities with Order Pending Signature enabled.

  • The Order Details option is available when running the report for a single or multiple Residents.

  • If the Order Detail option is set to yes, date range is restricted to one month.

  • Facilities must have Orders Pending Signature enabled from Order Configuration to view and run this report.
