Assessment Schedule Cancellation Report

The Assessment Schedule Cancellation Report allows you to list all assessments where the schedule is cleared or de-activated by a user. It also shows the reason the schedule was cleared or de-activated. You can list cancelled assessments for all Assessment Types, for any Date Range. You can narrow this report down to see only assessments cancelled by certain users as well.

This report shows the following information based on the filters applied in the Report Options screen:

  • Resident Name

  • Assessment Type

  • Type of Cancellation

  • Reason for Cancellation

  • Cancellation Username

  • Date and Time of Cancellation

  1. From Reports, click Assessment Schedule Cancellation Report.

  2. Select to run for multiple residents and leave the Resident Name and Number fields blank. If running for a single resident, use the magnifying glass to search for the applicable resident.

  3. Select the Assessment Type.

  4. Select the desired Date Range.

  5. Select the Cancellation Type.

  6. Select the Cancelled By specifics.

  7. Select the Sort By.
