Editing Activities from CRM Accounts

You can edit activities assigned to your account.

  1. Click Activities.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Update the Activity Details.

  4. Select Status:

    • Scheduled  - for an activity that is scheduled. Save.

    • Completed - for an activity that is complete. When selected, the options for entering a follow up activity appear. 

  5. To create a follow up activity, verify Create Follow Up is checked. When no follow up activity is required, you don't need to check Create Follow Up Activity. You can click Save.

  6. Select Follow Up Activity.

  • When Create Follow Up Activity is selected, the new Activity window opens after you save and you can enter the details of the new activity.

  • Different activity fields appears depending on the activity type you select.

  • Regarding autopopulates with lead name.

  • Your Account Listing is populated for the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.

  • If the Lead Subject is IL Placement, AL Placement, or left blank, the Follow Up Activity is selected automatically.

  • If the Lead Subject is SNF Placement, the Follow Up Activity is not selected.
